Ayrshire Smiles is a unique online module designed for frontline staff, team members and volunteers.  It can be used as an introduction to customer service or as a refresher course for more experienced staff. Offered FREE to each trainee, this interactive and engaging module takes around 2 hours to complete online and can be done in short sessions making it a flexible and business-friendly option. Once you start the programme you will have 60 days to complete. It includes the latest information on Ayrshire & Arran as a tourism destination and provides a wealth of ideas, suggestions, hints and tips to equip you to deliver excellent service to visitors in your role as an ambassador for your business and the region.
